    you get the maps right off the bat...but the weapons and characters you get from buying either spectre packs or premium spectre packs.

    Tokens are a premium in-game currency. You can only acquire more by buying them with real money.

    In short, you probably don't want them and they don't give you anything you cannot buy with some credits.
