    DO NOT SHUT DOWN XBOX FITNESS!


    I just bought the Xbox One for one and only one reason....Xbox fitness! I had an old 360 that died the death of the three red rings that I could have replaced or repaired. But I wanted access to more fitness apps and the "latest" tech.

    Not only did Microsoft decide just months after I purchased my Xbox to kill fitness...but they also came out with the 4k version of the Xbox one so mine is also obsolete in that respect as well!

    And to make it even worse the best fitness games for the 360 ARE NOT compatible with Xbox One!

    Thanks a lot, Microsoft.....you just made another Playstation fan!

    Does anyone want to buy a slightly used paper weight?

    BTW, I deleted the Xbox Fitness data stored on my Xbox One, then powered it down by holding down the power button for >10 seconds. I then unplugged the Xbox for the day while I was at work.

    Now that I'm home, I plugged in my Xbox and started up Xbox Fitness. It's reporting "Sorry, but Xbox fitness is currently unavailable as we are having trouble..." "FitCloud Server Error"

    I'm so upset about this. It was one of the few features I used on XBOX one. I have lost my trust in Microsoft completely. Why cancel? At least keep existing content!

    the better way to be fitness is GO OUT AND DO EXERCISE

    Kinect is discontinued so why would they keep Xbox Fitness? If the Kinect gets no more updates the game wont work anyway.

    yes, I was doing insanity, but I gave up as I couldn't do the exercise moves properly - they moved too fast. Hopefully feedback stuff works - and it's not just xbox saying I look a fool xd

    Have you got any usb devices plugged in? I had the same problem with xbox fitness. It came down to a compatibility issue with my sons Skylanders usb portal being plugged in. If I unplugged it and reboot xbox fitness would then open without a problem.

    XBOX FItness says "Can't connect to internet" Even though I can test my connection 100 percent wireless 57mb down 12mb up...I play on Bf4 and Killer instinct online..BUT IT won't let me use Xbox fitness!! Very frusterating.
