Do not see Forza Horizon 4 but it's downloaded

I recently built a new PC. I installed Windows on a new SSD but kept my HDD from my previous PC because it had all my games downloaded. On that HDD was a copy of Forza Horizon 4. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a way to open Forza from that hard drive.
I found the files in WindowsApps after going through all the security thresholds but cannot open it from there. I don't see a place to designate that drive as the one for gaming on the Xbox companion app or the Microsoft store.

Does anyone know how I can access Forza without redownloading it? I'd rather not waste the space/time doing so. Thank you!

try scrolling down the page, and you should see included in this bundle Forza Horizon 4 & Formula Drift car pack, try selecting Forza Horizon 4 and see if you can download it from there instead.

It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.

The WindowsApps folder is a locked and encrypted folder, which unfortunately can not be transitioned between Windows installations, even on the same PC.

This means of course that you will need to delete this folder. There are various ways to this, I used IObit Unlocker to rename mine, but you can use other third party applications, or a copy of Linux booting from a USB Flash drive to delete the folder.
