    hi, I just Got a 3 Months Xbox Live membership But it won't let me enter it keeps giving me a message saying "something went wrong try again" what can i do?

    The status code is: 80182300, and I do not see anything about the code

    Someone knows how to solve the problem of this code 80153021 will not let me put a gold code I have blocked the account to make purchases I tried to communicate or try to pay what I owe but I do not get anything I do ???

    Please make sure that your Microsoft Account Security proofs (Recovery Email, Phone number, etc..) are up-to date here: Security.

    After making any account changes, please restart your console or sign-out of your Xbox Profile and back in and try to redeem your code on the console and or Xbox.com here: https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter?ref=xboxcom&wa=wsignin1.0

    If you're still having issues with redeeming your code, please check that you do not have any past due balance owed on your account. All past due balances will need to be paid in full before you can proceed with redeeming content and purchase on your account.

    my question is where do I find....Alternatively, you may find your secondary redemption code in your transaction history page.??
