Do not have the COD:AW Pro Digital Edition Armory Atlas/Advanced showing up *NOTHING THERE*

On October 14, 2014. I bought it for $120. As a digital download, Expecting for this game to run smoothly and do its job like every other game has done. I also have HALO and will buy GTA V if it becomes available for digital download. I am very disappointed
in Microsofts service. Your TOS explains that digital downloads do not allow refunds but if you guys are allowing an incomplete game for release, shouldn't there be an excuse for us consumers? I have tried reinstalling the game and contents, tried hard booting,
tried talking to MS and Activision about my DLC. Microsoft told me it's on the developers side but the Activision is telling me they can't do anything. I am not the only one who has this problem. I have the Atlas and Advanced weapons DLC downloaded and installed.
I go into the game, NO SUPPLY DROPS IN MC? I also checked creating a class and also checked in the Armoury and there is nothing. Yet I can play the Atlas Gorge map?.. Yet it says I have the season pass?.. I am 100% sure I do not have the weapons anywhere,
I also know where the supply drops show because I seen videos online. You should really consider fixing our issues, for the Atlas weapons, you had it on hold for 2 days..? Also, I have a brother who cannot access any of the DLC either or supply drops... We
are set as home Xbox as well. Please do not tell me to reinstall the game as the MS servers aren't handling the downloading services well at all. So, how is my problem going to get fixed? Microsoft, you really *** up big time. Also, do not give us your TOS
bullcrap because non of us are not looking for that. We just want to know what the hell is going on and how is this going to be fixed and when? I just want what I paid for, until then, you have stolen money from us. We paid for what we get. Most of us aren't
getting what was promised.

Same problem here.

1) - Advanced Arsenal Pack which includes two custom weapons, the Advanced Arsenal custom exoskeleton and EM1 Quantum directed energy weapon. (Included in both the Digital Pro Edition and Launch Edition)

I've reinstalled the Content. I've even reinstalled the entire game. I even factory defaulted my console and then reinstalled the entire game and all of the content. So...

 

You have every right to be angry, every right to complain and every right to start your own thread. But you should have ran a search for this issue. There are already a few threads on the issue and one that's building momentum. Keeping all posts in one thread
on the same issue gets more attention for us all. You should post your frustrations over here with the rest of us
