    Do you understand that Greek letters do not all have the same sound as their english counterparts? Instead of butchering the Greek alphabet why not just use English letters? You probably just htought you were being different using the Greek letters but really,
    having it butchered like that is kind of offensive.

    If you are referring to Xbox Newsletters and other content that you would like emailed to you from Xbox, please ensure that you have your "Contact Preferences" up-to date, including your email listed. You may to that here:
    live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences

    You may have to wait a week or so till you get a new Xbox Newsletter as those have already been sent out for this week.

    If you didn't have the letter from the satchel in the warehouse then how did you get the cave? You are supposed to go to the warehouse, get the letter, then talk to the Jarl again who gives you the next part of the quest with the pointer to the cave.
