Hi! Unfortunately, Enforcement do not have direct contact to customers outside of when you report someone or when you file a Case Review. If you are reported and receive a suspension, the best option is to submit a Case Review if you think it is in error.

Tips to try to eliminate being reported.

Do not harass other players while playing

Do not curse at or otherwise intimidate players via voice or messaging

If someone is harassing you, do not engage them in any way. Select the player and report them and block them so that you do not have to have contact with them again.
