This company does not live up to anything it tells its customers. They are liars, and have no dignity. They told me and thousands others that they relieved a one week ban from communication. The ban has lasted 21 days and they arent giving any explanations
or even attempting to help anyone. There's no one to contact the enforcement people and support tells you to get bent. This company is 5 stars of
[Mod Removed] when it comes to customer service. You will probably lose me as a 10 year customer and I will convince anyone I meet to not buy your products

Hi, these forums are for Xbox Support, and are visible by any age group, so please do not swear. Like many others with this issue, you need to make a normal thread for support, or contact support via chat or phone. You could even try contacting the enforcement

Your ridiculous excuse of a company cannot help me! After I spent $30 on a new microphone because I thought it was that didn't work, then I buy a new controller for $60 because I thought it was that. Then that didn't work. Then when I call support they tell
me to post on a forum that no one has replied to in 1 year and 5 months. Your company's customer service is a poor excuse for anyone to follow. You need to find the problem and tell the customer. Not just " I don't know" or "sorry sir, maybe you should change
your Xbox live subscription. You're both jokes

You gotta remember you are still responsible for charges while you wait

And it depends on where you are in the world vs the us

If it's isn't north America thwn banks tend to do batch refunds meaning whenever they do their monthly batch of thousands then you get processed at the mainframe
