    DO NOT BUY XBOX ONE S


    I have been using my brand new Xbox one for only 3 weeks now and I am having hardware related issues already, I am poor and saved up for a long time for this and it is now not functioning. THE CONTROLLER CAN NO LONGER USE BATTERIES AFTER I PLUGGED A AUTHENTIC
    MICROSOFT HEADSET ADAPTER IN, and console shuts off when it wants to.

    Heya!

    Happy to help troubleshoot the console issues.

    Can you describe in detail everything the console is doing that is irregular?

    Is the console plugged into a power strip or wall outlet?

    Does the controller work with a USB cable?

    Keep in mind plugging an adapter into a controller would not affect the usage of batteries as the adapter does not supply its own electrical charge.

    Post back and describe what the console does in as much detail as you can and we will do your best to assist you!

    I am so sorry to report but you brought the Xbox One S all digatal you will need to by a new xbox one s or x (whatever your prefrence is) and on The one s make sure it dosen’t say all digatal.
