Do Not Buy This Console

Been with Xbox/Microsoft since the original Halo 2 days. Not once have I been recognized for loyalty. I spent $700+ on my brand new, first generation Xbox One. It has been nothing but garbage. My games won't load, my headsets aren't detected. Its pathetic. To
top it off, you can buy a brand new, better performing xbox for a third of the price? Microsoft is dying, and they know it. Save yourselves the $ and invest in a PC.

this happened to me but with my xb1 chat headset my local GAME had none so i had to wait for more to come in

That is total crap service, there is always something they can do, and by the looks of it they gave you no options, you need to put the link on twitter you would be surprised how quick they are to resolve issues

And yet you've got quite a lot of achievements in Xbox One games.

 

This... seriously... if you want recognition, do something recognizable. Hint: being a repeat customer isn't something so rare that it warrants any special recognition. Customer loyalty is a ridiculous concept... if someone is happy with a product they should
stick with it and if not they should move on. There are multiple reasons for games that won't load and headsets not being detected. Not all of them are a result of a defective or poorly designed console.

 

I'm keeping my first and only Xbox 360 console (slim version) from when I joined late 2010.

I've sold my Xbox One original console with Kinect. As I like the Xbox One X console.

I also brought my first custom high end desktop PC 2 years ago and like it.

As for Microsoft, they are not dying. They have over $250 BILLION in assets, so they're a well of company. But have noticed Xbox One isn't popular with the young people as much as what Xbox 360 is and was. Xbox 360 had party chat (PS3 didn't), it had avatars,
it had picture and voice messaging, and a much simpler UI.

As for Loyal Customer, why do older people always write this? My generation doesn't. What makes you so important than the other millions of people? Just because you give Microsoft your hard earned money doesn't necessarily always entitle you to special treatment.
