    So I want to start this off by saying that I've been a huge Xbox fan my entire life but this is unacceptable. Basically, I bought an elite controller a while ago but it hasn't held up at all over time. All of my regular controllers still work perfectly
    fine but my elite controller that (I have taken more care of) is completely dead. You would think that Microsoft support would try to resolve this issue but they decided to do absolutely nothing. In conclusion, if you feel like getting scammed out of 160$
    buy the Xbox elite controller.
