Do Microsoft ship all consoles from the same location?

Yes I purchased the console in Florida last year. Yes, I also opened the service request an I was given the response that they will try to fix the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved a replacement will be provided. I already shipped the console to Florida and from there it will be transferred to the nearest UPS delivery location to be delivered to its final location (Microsoft Service Center). So far to ship the console to the US has cost me approximately $100 usd.

You've shipped your console to them three times? You're getting the same one back?

Is it possible that when they test it at their location it works without issue? If so, could it be something else - power supply, location of the console, etc.?

If you have a shipping label from UPS it's because this company has an agreement with Microsoft for it, and you should have one close to your location, other shipping company wont be possible

Maybe so but the cost of shipping units to the UK isn't worth the amount more they're asking. Everything is more expensive here even Xbox live and the current Microsoft points. They're digital codes...How can they say they have to ship that?

Shipping items such as Xbox One's in this quantity is reduced as mass amounts, trust me on this I work in this industry.

The average wage in the UK is barely £200 a week. They're wanting more than twice our weekly games for average people for this console.

Games are all the same price, why cant consoles be? Do they not have to ship these overseas?

Microsoft have a huge factory in Germany. Why cant they ship from there?

Many factors are to be questioned and they will have to look into it and do something because they are shooting themselves in the foot.
