Do I use the order number to install a game I bought on Microsoft?

if you bought the game while logged into your Microsoft/Xbox profile then you should be able to find it and install it in your "ready to install" games or directly from the game's page in the store.

the order number is only a reference number/receipt for the purchase.

any redeemable code would be sent in an email to the email address linked to the MS/Xbox profile.

Hi Rodrigo, hi, I accessed https://www.minecraft.net/msaprofile and when I enter the account I do not appear the 2 games I bought, as valid, the image appears that I have to buy them again. The games I had installed and I played them and now they do not appear and do not let me log in with email and password. I type the email "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" and ask for a security code on my phone and when I enter the account nothing appears. I am sending you the order numbers to see that I bought the games in 2022 and 2023. The first order is number 9979406509 of October 31, 2022. go to your billing history of your microsoft account it should say you bought the game and what the order number is

My order number was 3030300128 and i bought the game on November 9th 2019
