Do I send cables with the rXbox one for repair, or just the console?

Hi There,

I am sending back my Xbox one X console for repair, as it has start up issues. Does anyone know if I should send just th econsole without any cables at all, or if I need to send it with all cables etc too?

I have to send my xbox one for repair do they send a remplacement or i have to wait for them to repair it? the 200$ they are charging me is it for the repair or do they just hold that amount till i send the replacement xbox back? is there any other fees
to the repair?

No, do not send the cables or batteries back with the controller, unless stated so on the instructions.

By my best guess the console alone is enough.

 

thanks. Yes. I think console alone is right. and no, they havent sent a list of waht to send back. just a UPS label.

 

If you send in your console for repairs do NOT send anything else, cables, discs, anything else but the console as they will NOT return with your console when it's repaired.

 

To stress what ChiefJoBoo said, make absolutely certain you eject any disc. Usually you will not receive the same console you sent in.
