Do I need to/should I create new accounts after a console ban?

You might just need to wait out the ban, and yes starting a new account may work but keep in mind some bans can be attached to console itself. You'd need to purchase a new PC/Console if you're device banned.

you would not need to purchase a new pc just create and sign in with a new account on the pc, but console they could ban.
