Do i need to buy new paddles?

Dear Microsoft Team.

I really do love your controller and i've had it for years now but there is this one really weird problem i have with one of my flaps or paddles or howerver u wanna call them. One of the small ones doesnt work propperly and only works if i push it in way to strongly for average use. The weird thing is tho that it's not the buttons fault but the flap itself seems to have some issue and i can not see it with my bare eyes or even with my measuring tool but they have to be different in some way because as soon as i swtich their places now the other one has the problem. I dont know if its just due to usage over time but its literally a hardware metal part so i didnt think that out of all parts that would stop working.

Have you had such complaints in the past and is there a chance i can get new ones from a store or sent to me?

Keep jn mind you do have 2 year warranty if it is over you can goto fixit and order the parts as they have an offical third party agreement as far as controllers go

From what you have tested, it does appear to be the paddle if you move it and the fault follows the paddle. Could you just confirm which controller this is to make sure the correct information is given?

Glad you were able to get a new controller. Mine came from Amazon and they are out of stock. It is a simple fix of just needing a new paddle, since they other paddles work in the slot the bent paddle was in, and the bent paddle doesn't work in the other
slots.

If you want to have the paddle as melee, you need to remap the paddle to be RB, not remap the RB. I.e. do it the other way around, set paddle to be RB not RB to be paddle.
