    Do I need to buy a new controller?


    So I just recently bought a Elite series 2 controller and all 4 of my paddles are unresponsive I’ve already checked for updates, there is none and also tried hard resetting that doesn’t work either I’m not spending another 180 for a controller that broke over night

    Once the repair has been set up and you have received the shipping label via email you can pack up the controller. Please be sure to send only the controller and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as triggers or thumbsticks will be returned.
