    Do I need a new Xbox or?


    I can connect to Xbox live without issue as there is no problem with my internet. However, when I try to connect to a game's specific server (doesn't matter what game, mutilplayer, etc.) I cannot connect and I get the following code:

    0x800401fb

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

    In the meantime, maybe try cloud gaming? I have seen videos online about the Xbox One X failing after a short time. This sounds like you've had it for a while. If you can't do cloud gaming or if nothing else works, I would try selling it and then buying an Xbox Series S. The Xbox Series X costs about $299.99 (or you can get it for $24.99 a month with Xbox All Access which also includes Game Pass Ultimate), and it is slightly less powerful than the Xbox One X, but it has an SSD which makes games load way faster. Plus, there have not been many reports of it failing either. I don't see how your Xbox One X would work unless it got checked out by a technician or something.
