Do I loose my gold years if I gameshare ?

I've noticed that my gold years has disappeared from my account as I have had it over five years and am now gamesharing so don't buy gold anymore.

Redeeming a Gold card will overwrite an existing trial membership thus removing it.

You don't lose it you only putting it on pause till you starting paying for your gold

You only receive tenure when gold is on your account

Home gold doesn't count as it's only on the home console not anywhere else

I have run into a similar issue before. I currently gameshare with my brother. We have been gamesharing for the past 3-4 years now. Something that we have noticed is that when a special edition of a game is purchase (Gold edition, etc.) many of the cosmetic
bonuses are only given to the account that purchased the game. I would assume that this would work the same for Year Passes. I’m not entirely sure if that helps at all but I hope it does!

and the weird thing is, is that ik my friend bought the BF1 along with Premium so i should also have the game too since were game shared so idk why it says this... lol sorry for the long response

tbh idk why this is happening i own the game so it shouldn't do this.

My Xbox said I could make my home Xbox again on the 8th of December. I just went to check and now I can't do it till the 15th of April. Thing is I didn't use any of my home Xbox switches and no one else has access to my account. Is there any way
I can get the switches back?

It is possible that u have ran out of gameshares on your xbox, now the thing is with gamesharing is that your only allowed 3 gameshares a year as from july this year. My best guess is to chat with an ambassador online and to let them see if there is an issue

Ok it worked thank you! But now I have another issue. Im gamesharing gold off of my brother. But now I only have gold when there account is also signed in.
