    If you got an console with digital games via home console that would.be why

    The owner has to approve your signin and ONLY on his phone

    Id just format it as its too much headache

    Consoles are supposed to be sold blank for this very reason

    And to avoid unneccessary charges by the buyer on the seller

    Common would you leave your account ans pictures on youe phone and sell it
