    Do i have to have Windows to have Microsoft games?


    On my last pc, i had downloaded Forza Horizon 3. Back then i had Wondows OEM. When i got my pc i could not play Forza Horizon 3. I thought i clould reinstall Forza. When i did and came back to download it agian, it said i have to buy it agian.

    So my 2 questions are:

    1.

    When i switch pc's whilst having Windows OEM on my old, cant i play the games i had before?

    2. Do i have to buy the game agian to get it?

    so you can play the games on windows! you need to have Windows 10 so you can play the games. Plus remember to update windows to the last version.

    windows 10 and fully updated through windows update.. alot of times things wont install untill you have all the latest patches.

    Do I have to download a game I already have?

    Downloading the game again is the only way to play it on Xbox with your friend.

    However, if your friend is close by you can bring a portable hard drive to his XBOX and copy it and save the long download times. You'll be playing in no time at all!
