Do i have to buy gold twice?

I bought x box gold from the online store when it was on sale about two months ago, its a three month subscription and my manage subscriptions button in my xbox say its still good. But when i try to play online it asks me to buy a gold membership! i still
have one and its really pissing me off and i don't have the money to buy **** gold again whats going on?

DO I HAVE GOLD ?

This is CRAZY I have been at this since day one with no issues. On the XBOX ONE and all the sudden when I goto the TV guide or NFL APP it is saying that I need a GOLD account. I logged onto the PC to see what was up an I cant seem to tell if I am GOLD.
It has the little G in my profile, I used to be able to tell when the subscription was going to end. When I try to access the billing area of my account.xbox.com I frequent get the "OOPS this site has encountered a glitch". I tried throwing 60 dollars at
the issue buying 12 months IA MS online check out at it crashed at checkout. I also bought a 12 months CODE from AMAZON and when using REDEEM it crashes as well. SO AM I GOLD lol.

Your forum profile says you are Gold. (Note the colour of your Gamertag.)

If you're having issues with it showing up differently in different places, go ahead and call Phone Support and they should be able to help you get things straightened out.

With Minecraft you have to purchase it again if you're wanting to play it on a different platform.

Okay so on the Xbox it says that the ad ons are applied/installed but it doesn’t show up on my recents

First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order stated as "completed", once confirmed follow the steps below:

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

Make sure that these packs are installed:

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4

The disc indeed includes the multiplayer and zombie packs we just need to ensure that they are installed.
