Dear microsoft, i am having problems when i try to buy a xbox 360 games, with the same credit i already had bought a xbox one game and even suscribe some time ago to xbox game pass. I already have tried to change all my settings in xbox 360
manage as i have done with xbox one to buy US marketplace, but it doesnt work at all. Please could you help me with this issue because i cant buy fight night champion an it is in the deals that finish today. Thanks

Well two things first the 360 marketplace isnt the same as the xbox one

In order to.make us purchases you must have a us payment option on file and a valid.us address

Using a us paypal account wont work on 360 purchases

And your physical region must be the same as your account region

That problem i solve it yesterday, already is in US and my physical place is not in US, i tried with a vpn and may that could be the problema..... i think because i dont find another solution to something that happens just with 360 games

No, I did not purchase them digitally. I have physical copies of all my Xbox 360 games. I didn't start purchasing digitally until Xbox One since you have to install the game anyways.

So, I have the games already on my 360 but when I go to get them on my One they want to charge me. I don't understand this. All the 360 BC that I have on there now like Burnout, all 3 Bioshocks (360 versions) and a few more, I was not charged for.

So I am wondering why now I need to pay for games I already have for the 360 rather than the way it was before where I was not charged

You need to put your physical game disc in your XBOX One, then it should automatically start to download the game. Note that you'll need to insert the disc every time you want to play, just as you would on the 360.
