do i have legal grounds to sue microsoft ?

right so 2 years ago ive been fighting with Microsoft to recover my old xbox profile that was hacked and stolen basically the micros ft account im currently sending this question through had a xbox profile attached to it like most and it was removed by a hacker and the reason i would want to question a lawsuit is i spent literal thousands of pounds buying games buying add ons all for it to be stolen and microsoft claim they cannot do anything even though the profile still exists and i still have old emails that are attached to this profile showing purchases under my name and bank honestly for a multi billion pound company how can someone get hacked so easily my passwords are hard for even me to remember at the best of times lol if there is anyone brave enough to take on a challenge this year and help me recover that account still feel free to respond legal stuff isnt what i wanna do but i have spent so much money over the years and for all of it to get hacked and removed is shameful on Microsoft considering my IP is UK and the hackers IP was exposed to be in chicago and back then microsoft claimed i wasnt the legitimate owner of my xbox account i have given you a year to respond and not a word someone help before i try to go down the legal route thank you
