Do humans work here???

I have been having an issue with my account for way too long. I have tried reaching out to PlayStation, they said that this is a Microsoft issue, I try and get a hold of Microsoft. I’m going in circles with a robot and nobody can give me an answer on anything. So the question is do you guys actually know what you’re doing, and are there actual human beings that work here? I am locked out of my account and recovery requests are not working at all whatsoever. I have gotten in contact with only one single person through email. This person told me to just make a new account. That is something I already tried and it has not worked. When I responded to that email and told them that I was ignored and nobody ever got back to me. I want to talk to a human being about an issue that a robot cannot and will not help and understand. All I want is to speak to a human being. All online options that I am given have not worked. It doesn’t matter how many times the robot tells me to do it. It’s not solving my problem and it is refusing to contact me with a representative. I need a human being with a brain and brain cells to speak to me about it.

Absolutely [Mod Removed- Inappropriate] not. That is not how rights work. The only reason they get away awity breaking human rights is because the law allows them.
Human rights don't have the law backing them up all the time. However the law backs Microsoft up in this case.

Do NOT be stupid about this and just stick to the facts.
