You should be fine as long as Xbox One games are not region locked. However, if you want to watch Blu Ray or DVD movies they wont work as movies are region locked. But as far as games go, you're good.

And 4k UHD Blu Rays are region free, although not so for most digital copies.

Yes. There is no playback restriction on games purchased and downloaded.

For example, if you purchase and download a game in one country and then move to another country where the game isn’t available, you can still play the game that you downloaded. However, you would not be able
