Do game codes from other countries work in your country? (Specifically US to Canada)

it's hard to predict since some codes might be region free while others are not. I don't think there is a fixed rule to determine it

Remember that games are not region specific. So a game purchased in Canada for example would work just fine where you are. So while you may not be able to purchase directly from Microsoft there are other options including purchasing from retailers in other
countries and having it shipped or by code redemption. Hope this helps.

You may be able to find a disc copy at a retailer in.your area. Alternatively you also have the option to purchase a copy in another country and have it shipped or the code sent to you. Games are not region specific and since there is no online component
to Quantum Break you would have no problem playing a copy purchased in another country. A game purchased here in Canada would work equally well in your country.

Sorry to hear it. Does your friend live in the same country as you? Digital gift codes are only valid in the country that they were purchased from. For example, if you live in the US and your friend lives in Canada then the code will not work.

Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set up for? Funimation is only available in the US and Canada.
