    Do Developers Treat Comments on This Subreddit as Bug Reports?


    I remember posting here a while back that my windows phone games started showing up in my Xbox PC app library. Today I noticed that this change has gone live.

    Are the comments we post here considered bug reports, or do we need to submit them somewhere else?

    For issues experienced in the Insiders Program, your best bet is to make Bug Reports by holding down the home button and clicking the "Report an Issue" button, second to that though head over to the Xbox Insiders subreddit. You will get direct support from
    the Insiders team over there, and there's actually been an update specifically about your issue there as well. All the best, cheers!

    Dash and games dont work.

    If the report feature is not working you should submit a report as soon as you reboot the console.

    Testing new features comes with the hazard that your console will not work. It takes time and effort to bug hunt and test properly. Maybe if you aren't fully engaged in the program, you should step down the tiers or go to a public build.

    I am unsure as to why you wouldn't want to report using Reddit as the development team use the subreddit and you get support from staff.

    There have been a few people reporting this in the insider
    subreddit    . I would recommend reporting this a bug from your console and posting in the insider sub for their staff to take a look.
