Do delisted Games on the store could possibly be relisted again? Or once a game delisted...

King Kong was based on the 2005 movie who's license would have expired well over a decade ago. Movie game licenses are pretty short lived affairs as the publishers only hold licences them for a finite period. Unless they renew the license they can't sell the game anymore.

Not all game licenses based on movies expire, the Batman games are a good example. But, the only reason why they don't expire is because the publisher for those games is owned by the same company that also owns the films. They are the exception though.

Expired licenses have no effect on disc versions of games, this would be the only way play this now and you'll need an Xbox 360 or PC (for the PC version) to play it.

It's very rare that they've ever been relisted. Games are delisted for various reasons so depending on the reason it can make it difficult to bring it back.

It is extraordinarily unlikely anyone will pay to renew that license. You can easily find a physical copy

If a game is unavailable, your only option is to find a disc copy, assuming it exists

Not unless you can tell me if any delisted games will ever be relisted. Some have, but none of the really good ones.
