Do Controllers Have a Warranty?

I have recently been having issue with the camouflage controller I bought new from Amazon less than a year ago with the analog sticks becoming "sticky". Is there anyway to have this repaired by a first party? I can't find any information anywhere about warranty
on controllers. Can someone help or at least point me in the right direction?

Do XB1 Controllers have unique serial numbers?

Nevermind, I did not look at the entire S/Ns carefully, there were one or two numbers that were different in the middle so yes both my controllers have unique S/Ns and I am pretty 100% are legit.

Long story short I bought 2 wireless controllers and they both have the same S/Ns.

They are both 3.5mm jack ones came with play and charge kit. Does MS use common S/Ns for their controllers or are they unique for each and every one?

I am a little afraid that these might be fake... They did however did the firmware update without issues, so if these are fakes they are *** good fakes.

Controllers and other accessories have a 90 day warranty. So at this point it sounds like it would be out of warranty to have it fixed. I'm not sure how much Microsoft would charge to fix a controller out of warranty. You would have to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox

There're all under warranty but why do 3 controllers have the same fault?

Am I the only person having this problem or is it a common issue?

Do the replacements come with a new warranty or the balance of the original warranty? Eventually any replacement controllers won’t be under warranty if the fault is ongoing.

How do I use my console while waiting for new controllers as the old ones are required to be sent back first?

So many questions.

Your controller will have a 90 day warranty if it's within that get it fixed under warranty if not do as others have said

Hello!

Do you have an extended service or Microsoft complete warranty? If you do, it would have a two year warranty on it. Otherwise in most regions your controller would only have a 90 day warranty.

Microsoft do not repair controllers. They replace them if they are in warranty. If it it out of warranty they will charge you for a new controller
