hi i downloaded a game in my xbox one but after it installed the doesnt open it just becomes blank

Thanks for the reply mate, cleared the cache and it's still doing the same thing, any other things I can do to fix?

Hey there, try deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache. Restart the console and re-download your profile.

Okay have you tried power cycling the console? Hold down the power button for 10 seconds and then wait for 30 seconds and then restart

If that does not help try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, this usually fixes issues with the game

sorry i dint mention this but yeah i have tried everything u said before but its still the same problem i have tired Microsoft chat support but after choosing that option they ask to enter ur first and last name which i am unlabel to enter coz there is some
problem the site i gusse

 

The next thing you will probably need to try is to uninstall the game along with any installed add ons for the it. After this carry out a hard reset of the console by holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds once powered down
unplug it from the wall outlet for 5 minutes then power the console back up and try installing the game again.
