Thanks for the update with your reply! Since you're using an Xbox 360, you'll want to troubleshoot using our Xbox 360 Connection Error Solution
and select "Can't connect to the Internet" to get started. The wizard will guide you to get connected again.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Yes i did and o called my isp but they said that it is not there problem

Hi,

1. From the Xbox 360 Dashboard, select Settings, and then select
System.

2. Select Network Settings.

3. Select Wired Network or Wireless Network (depending on which one you're using.)

4. Select Configure Network.

5. Select Additional Settings tab and select Restore to Factory Defaults. Select Yes.

Turn off your Xbox 360. Go to your router and turn it off - wait about 20 seconds and turn it back on. Wait untill your router has fully rebooted and connected back to your ISP, this may take a couple of minutes to complete.

When it's done, turn your Xbox 360 back on and reconnect to your home network. Has your issue been resolved?

Sound like a problem with your router have you tried turning it off for 60 seconds and turning it on?
