    After 5 mins to an hour into using nowtv app on exbox one i get oops somthing is wrong. When i leave the app my xboxone is no longer connected to the internet. When running a network test i get DNS is not resolving xbox server names. Now i know how to resolve
    the initial problem by unplugging my router and hard resseting my xboxone for thirty seconds. But it happens every time i run the nowtv app. So i need to know if it can be resolved on a perminant basis if so how. I dont want to be resetting everything half
    way through each film.It does not happen with any other app including netflix or youtube two other apps i use for streaming. But it does happen 100% of the time with the now tv app. i have a 100meg pipe through virgin media and use a VMDG480 super hub. any
    help apreciated

    I've have tried all steps from 1 to 14 and none of them have worked I don't know what to do. My xbox is brand new and I'm really disappointed that none of these steps fixed it .
