Dns MODEM issues

My cable provider and internet provide has problem connecting to other systems i own, recently i got a one and i notice im getting dns errors some times, can i use the same dns and info for the other consoles to open the one? I think basically opening
ports does anyone know if xbx one has issues with timewarner?

WOW all these issues trying to play online on the One and I have had none at all. I use Time Warner for internet, a Motorola Cable Modem and an Asus router with the default TW DNS servers and I have not had one problem getting online into games with people.

Also if someone already got this issue,you might find an answer.

 

Did your cable company set you up where you have to use DNS or did you change it yourself?

Auto detect network is usually the default settings.

 

Run through the Xbox One Networking troubleshooter.

support.xbox.com/.../network-connection-error-solution

Most of the time a power cycle reset on all of your network equipment should do the trick.

Post back your results of the troubleshooter.

Ok ill check it out, on the other system it would drop to the point that rebooting everything was not enough but when i put the codes is now if it goes and not as often only needs one boot.

 

So this forum sucked and did not find what iwas looking for so i decided to try the ps4 info and well it did not blow upknow i have less disconects but still have them not as much, i had some issues, i put in the info i had for my ps4 and it changed my nat
settings to moderate and i have a little faster download speed. so cool
