DNS is not connecting!?!?!

For the past month since, February 7th 2020, everytime I try to connect to xbox live to play bo4 and fallout, the Xbox disconnects everytime the network goes off and says that my dns isnt resolving anything, I put in every dns I can and it still doesn't
help, it will constantly tell me my dns isn't resolving, and I switch it to automatic, manual, I disconnect the wifi and after I switch off, when I finally get it working, it does it aaallll over again. I need help on how to fix this mess please before I go
**** on how I wasted my money for almost a years worth of game play.

Oh sorry, my dad just told me that it was the isp that ran into the problem because of load shedding, problem is hopefully being sovled

I have tried it, it all didn't help, I have not a clue what is the problem if its hardware or some sort of malware which I could've gotten from a usb or something.

Extra information: When I connect to the router using an Ethernet cable, it connects fine. If i unplug the Ethernet cable and then connect via Wi-Fi using manual settings, it connects to the router, giving me the same DNS error as mentioned above. I've ran
my ipconfig /all and looked up my DNS (192.168.10.1). Entering this in as the primary DNS Server doesn't work, just more DNS errors.

DNS servers, should be 2 dns server numbers, on your xbox network configure screen enter dns settings manually, primary setting is the top dns number supplied in cmd, the secondary is obviously the 1 below, after entering the ip and dns settings manually
re run connection test and then sign in using your live account. hopefully you should now be connected to xbox live.
