DNS ins't resolving Xbox Servers Names since april 1st for me?,1st time occurence

Hey guys/ Xbox.Since last saturday april 1st my Xbox has been unable to connect to the internet to chat n play games w friends,n my xbox is unable to establish ANY NAT type at all.I chatted with Xbox Chat support n before my internet cut out they mentioned
that if the current steps to fix it does not work then we have to recommend contacting your ISP provider(I sent a e-mail about my issue and waiting for full response so they can look into it more closely)or getting a new router which i dont think is the issue
since i had a old one n recently bought a new one last year.On my xbox i cant connect wired with my old router, wired or wirelessly with my newer router on my xbox/laptop.Sometimes I can connect my wired internet to my laptop fine.

This is the first time i've gotten this issue cause when i started playing halo 5 in the morning and then a second time around 5 o clock in my timezone april 1st it was fine for a few seconds then in the afternoon it just said offline where your gt is visible
in-game in the menus.

My DNS n IP settings is set to automatic since i got the xbox one in 2014.I called a tech guy today but he did now show up(he may show up some other time) but i think i narrowed the issue to either its one of the routers since my Xbox ethernet port has to
be fine cause it can detect an internet connection cable either wired or presence of wireless router but my Xbox cant establish a NAT type, it says "No NAT type available and no service info is available".Any solutions cause ive tried the usual hard reset
xbox,turn off router for 30-60 seconds,reconnect and going to the dns isnt resolving xbox server names page here on xbox,com cause i've tried that since this happened?

I can't connect to the Xbox servers either, keep thinking its something wrong with my Xbox. Are you getting the "DNS isn't resolving Xbox server names" message too?

its been working the last two days so as long as that keeps up no issues. What happens is when i turn it to manual and change dns servers it says the dns isnt resolving xbox server names
