DNS Error, please help me fix this

For like the last week, I have been unable to connect due to an error I cannot solve. its a dns error, the test shows that the xbox can connect to the router with or without the cable, it just cant connect to the internet. My laptop with which I post this
message with is connected wirelessly and my xbox is barely inches away from my router. here is any info that might help,

I have tried everything there at least twice already..... it hasn't worked

What I can suggest is to please contact your ISP so that they can reset your Internet connection from their end, they have a tool that can send a different kind of signal that will boost up your Internet connection.
