I just got this pre owned xbox one s from gamestop and its having problems. I went to check my detailed network statistics in the network settings and it keeps saying about 6-16 mb/s download speed and under 1 mb/s upload speed. I know this isn't my internet
because I have other devices in my house and their connection is way higher than mine. Sometimes I get it back to normal but the next morning i have the same problem. I've factory reset my Xbox. Hard reset it, and also reset my internet but it just does the
same thing the next morning. I still have a warranty on it.

    :)

gamerscore 2,000 lower than it should be

I noticed my Gamerscore is at 66,260, when it should be at 68,245. Tried a system restart and even added up the achievement score on my list to see if it was correct and I was mistaken, still added up to 68,245. Support chat has no explanation for me
either and has thus sent me here, really hoping someone in the community/someone who actually works for Microsoft can help me. Achievements are kind of dumb but my buddy and I compete in Gamerscore, one of the main reasons I play video games on Xbox so this
    is kind of a bummer.

Lower Resolution than Should Be on TV

    Hello oNeEye Xx,

Thanks for reaching out, just to go ahead and double check to make sure everything is in order. In order to change the resolution settings within the Xbox. You'd want to head to our Settings and look for TV & Display options. Make sure that it isn't set
to Automatic as the receiver may be telling the Xbox a smaller resolution that what the Display actually is.

I'll post a link below showing how to change those settings to make sure everything is in order.

Lower Resolution than Should Be on TV

I had tried all of your suggestions before I even posted this, so was aware it wouldn't work. However, I think I might have fixed it over the weekend on my own.

I noticed all of my receiver's zones were being turned on automatically, most of the time, whenever I turned on the receiver. I also noticed sometimes the zones were turned off when the receiver was turned off and other times they were not. I didn't think
this was related to the resolution issue but wanted to stop the zones from automatically turning on because I don't use them anymore. I had to go into my receiver's party settings and enable these zones (I believe this tells the receiver that I am going to
take control over them so it doesn't need to automatically turn them on).

Now, every time I turn on the receiver, the zones don't turn on, and guess what also hasn't been happening? The lower resolution on the Xbox.

So far it's only been a few days in but the low resolution issue was happening every day. I think this might have fixed it. My only guess as to why this helped is that there's a bug with the receiver's 4K output and having zones on. Who knows, maybe the
zones take too much power to keep enabled and the receiver can't handle 4K encoding at the same time.

    My receiver brand is Yamaha.

I hope this helps people who run into this issue!

Hoping they solve it rather soon. Seems like a rather silly hiccup honestly. I'm just glad to hear I'm not the only one, means something might actually get done about it haha
