    Hello, Fellow Gamers,

    In short, I've upgraded my system from an X Box One to an S. Since I have done this, I am unable to access some of my former DLC content because I have a new system and gamer tag. I have my old gamer tag as well from 360...so a total of 2. I have contacted
    X box and they show "partial proof where I have purchased some DLCs on 2 of 3 games in question (2 of them being Left for Dead 1 and 2; they are cross-compatible). I'm told that I have to switch back to my old account to utilize those DLCs when they have evidence
    I've purchased them, I've gotten a new screen name from upgrade 360 - X Box one...and they want me to repurchase them.

    Next issue. I am an AVID Killer Instinct fan, I preordered the game. Since my upgrade, I am unable to access some of my DLC characters. I mean I have purchased everyone down to Eagle, Kilgore, (ha, shows I have Shin Hisako and Shadow Jago which was one
    of my last purchases, I believe) but no General RAAM, no Arbiter, no Eyedol (my FAVORITE), no Kim Wu, etc....I have recordings on my system right now of all these characters from my previous gameplay years ago! Is there any way I can resolve these issues?
    I just don't understand how someone can tell me they have proof of something, but cannot transfer to my new account. That makes ENTIRELY no sense to me. So since I upgraded, I have to go back and repurchase DLC games that I have been playing since release?

    achievement grinding w/ no DLC

    You can not get dlc achievements without the dlc.

    The stock piled achievement cannot be got with the dlc because the dlc adds levels to forification.

    Borderlands DLC disc won't read.

    If you own the physical disc with the DLC's, the DLC's are not added to your account's purchase history.

    "Borderlands: For all editions, DLC comes included on Xbox One. For the Game of the Year edition, accessing DLC doesn’t require you to insert the DLC disc on Xbox One. Only your purchased DLC, however, will be usable on Xbox 360."

    Sims 4 won't play on Series X

    Update. The game will not load on my series X with any dlc installed. Only the base game.

    It will load with dlc installed on the new profile. But I don't have access to the dlc since that profile doesn't own the dlc.

    It will load on the Xbox one with dlc.

    One of the free DLCs has a patch in it that allows people with differing DLCs to play together. I have all the DLCs, and I've had a friend without them come to DLC areas in my world, even though they didn't have those DLC.
