DLC's not appearing in load list

I've had skyrim's Dragonborn for months beat it once, one day my gold sub runs out now i can't access one of the dlc's i paid for not only that but i deleted it in the hope that i could reinstall the dlc and now only receive error messages saying uh oh you've
found a glitch wtf is that?

Black Ops 2 Uprising Dlc Missing

Hey is anyone else having trouble with the Uprising Dlc not appearing in their ready to install for Black Ops 2? I own all Dlc's and have three of the four installed the forth being Uprising. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Try accessing the DLC from your download history. On the console dashboard go to System>Accounts>Download History and find the content to redownload.

I've been trying to access my gold account for about four days already but all that pops up is that I "need to update my payment options" which I've been trying to do but each day I wait nothing happens, even if I put in a new credit card to pay with it
tells me to wait until the transfer from my bank has been complete to reactivate my account but it still gives me a notification saying "need to update payment" when I try to log in. I tried to log in form the Xbox website to change billing information if
I missed something until a page popped up talking about a glitch in the system even though I haven't done anything of the sort. PLEASE HELP!!!

Two things:

1) You need to make sure the DLC is licensed for your console (shouldn't be an issue if you only have one Xbox 360, can be an issue if you game on multiple systems).

2) You can start the quest manually

Checking the license:

1) Start Skyrim

2) On the main screen choose "Add-ons"

3) See what is listed here. If a DLC name appears, the game recognizes it and has loaded it. If the DLC name does NOT appear, either the download on your hard drive is corrupt or it is not licensed for that Xbox 360. If it is not listed, Skyrim will NOT
load it.

Starting the quest manually:

1) Fast travel to Riften.

2) Follow the path to the Southeast corner of the map.

3) Look for a crack in the mountains on the East edge of the map in this area.

4) Go through the crack and follow the path to Fort Dawnguard.

5) When you get to the fort, talk to the leader to start the DLC questline.

I have to agree with the OP,DLC achievements should only appear on your list when you buy the DLC.

I personally have never bought DLC just to get to 100% on a game.
