DLCs moving to "ready to install" list after installing them

Jist hoping onto the beta with the new xbox inferface design and it still doesn’t work. I am beginning to think it is an account based issue. I am going to log into a buddy of mine’s xbox and see if my download does that same. I just wish xbox would have
listened to me instead of simply hanging up on my because I was having trouble explaining the issue. I’ll reply if I have any luck with any solution.

I am actually having this same issue, but with Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. I reset the console, formated the drives, trying direct install from internal and external. I call support, but I feel I couldn’t explain it properly. So I recorded it happening
and sent it to XBOX support on Twitter. Hopefully I’ll hear back with solution! Any luck on your side so far?

Of course it's not a space issue, as I said I tried resetting my xbox to factory settings deleting all games and everything. I have over 600GB free and anyway the DLC's size is about 10MB.

Maybe it works, do you have the version where it changes the way are installed "my games and apps"? Don't know how to explain properly, but the version where you have to manually go selecting what you want to install (also have a "select all"), that's the
version that is working for me.

About support I tried contacting them but it always says "there's no agents for this problem". Also tried asking for a refund but they said there's no refund for a game I played, and I played less than 10 minutes! For god's sake, I already had the core game,
I only bought this for the dlcs and they dont work!! What kind of service is this?!

I’m also an insider beta member. Do you think it would be worth downloading the beta again and trying? This sucks. I even call XBOX support and they were super rude. They wouldn’t even listen to my concerns and then hung up on me. This sucks.
