    Hi Everyone,

    I was wonderi g if there is anyone I can talk to about sorting or negotiating a transaction to be able to get some DLC I have missed out on... my fault I know I should defintely have been more privvy to the fact and partly I was still living at home and was not omd enough to work and have my own money.

    Now things have changed and so was wondering if it woukd be possible to maybe get some missing digital content added to my account I dont know if there is anyone I can talk to in support to negotiate a fee for such a transaction or what?

    I figure I have nothing to lose by asking

    First, thank you so much for contacting us regarding your concern. I do look forward to resolving this problem together! :)

    All DLC is provided by game developers. They will be the ones who either add or remove or discontinue DLC. If the items arent in the Xbox Store, they cant be acquired through the Xbox Store.

    For some reason this problem won't let me access my Mass Effect 2 DLC. Every time I try to start the game it tells me that I'm missing DLC. The thing that was really weird is that it says I'm missing a different DLC every time.
