DLC's for Destiny 2 were suddenly revoked

So yesterday I logged in to Destiny 2 on Xbox where I've played since early D1. Before I even got past the login screen where you press A to launch the game I got a prompt asking me to buy Beyond Light, the newest DLC. I didn't think much of it besides the game being buggy so I hit A and got the load screen you get after a large update to the game. That screen started to do the update process and then randomly stopped and let me login.

At this point I just thought either Destiny or Xbox was being garbage so I started playing. I went to the Exo Stranger and turned in a quest but she had nothing on her at all even though I still have the notification to turn in the memory shards I HAVE to her.... but I cant. I cant use the Stasis subclass anymore, I don't have Beyond Light or Shadowkeep DLC's anymore even though I bought them... but I do have Forsaken. What a troll. And reinstalling has done nothing.

This is the first time I've ever seen this but from what it seems like I've read of a number of others who have had this problem only not with multiple DLC's.

If someone can help figure out how to fix this would be great. I only came back to the game shortly after Beyond light came out, before that I played forsaken and took a break. but if this doesn't get sorted ill be leaving for good. Will not be paying another $100 for content I already paid for, plus what I have yet to get.

And before someone sends me back to bungie I was told to come here by people at Bungie as Microsoft controls the licensing privilege's.

Or buy gamepass https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-game-pass it will give you all DLC's.

Please recheck your Order history to confirm your account has the DLC on the list!

If it is, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!

Yeha I bought over two months ago destiny beyond light and expansion today I was playing the dlc and have all the dlc items still but now suddenly it saying I don't own the dlc and I can't play it till I buy dlc again

are you sure you owned it, as the dlc was in gamepass until the other day when destiny 2 was removed from gamepass on console including the dlc for destiny 2.
