DLCs and Season Passes on multiple accounts

Alright here's my question, it's kind of confusing and I can't find an answer anywhere, so bear with me. Here it is, if I redeem a DLC or season pass on my gamertag, will all other family members be able to play that content as well? So if I buy Rise of
Iron will all family members be able to play it or just me? The second question is a little easier but still confusing. When I redeem an xbox live gold code will it automatically carry to all gamertags or just mine?

Season pass info

No, you cannot transfer your season pass to another account. You can download any DLCs included with your season pass using your old account, and be able to use the DLCs on the new account.

Difference between DLC and Season Pass?

Season Passes are typically a collection of multiple DLCs. Nothing pertaining to time. Once you buy them, they are yours. Usually when looking at a seasons pass on the store, you can see a breakdown of what it comes with.

If your tag is set as Home on the console then the game and DLC will be shared on that console. The same goes for the Gold membership.

That's how it worked for my Gears of War 3 Season Pass, I'm assuming it will be the same for my Borderlands 2 Season Pass as well.

Hi,

It should be the same as being able to download any DLC content. All the season pass gives you is the ability to download the individual downloads for one cheaper price. As long as it's on the same Xbox 360 that redeemed you redeemed the code on, as well as
the account that the code was redeemed on then any account on that console should have access to that DLC content that's released.
