    I got a question. I've bought the Destiny Vanguard edition on the Xbox Marketplace on the 360. I played it through the first two weeks and my girlfriend blessed me with a Xbox One and I could use the feature to redownload it on the One. I was thrilled
    and loved the new graphics and render distance. Now I purchased the Expansion Pass on the One and thought I could bring over the DLC on my 360. When I went to my download history I couldn't find the Expansion Pass. Does anyone know how to get the DLC from
    the One to the 360 without purchasing it again for 35,00 euros? My thanks would reach higher then my Glass Minuet can reach!

    Sorry but the offer for a free download for Destiny is only valid when upgrading from the 360 to the One and is only valid through mid January.

    If you had just recently purchased the pass then you could try contacting phone support to see if they will give you a refund so you can repurchase it on the 360 but as the terms do state they do not give refunds there is no guarantee this will happen.

    I'm not asking for a refund. I've purchased the Expansion Pass on the marketplace on the One. Yet I can't download it on the 360 from my download history. It asks if I want to pay 35,00 Euro again. I already paid it on the One.

    If you purchased it on the 360 first, you would be given the option to download it for free on the One, but it doesn't work the other way around. If you want it on the 360 you will have to purchase it again.

    Ok, let me rephrase for you.

    Both the game and DLC are eligible for the free upgrade but only if it's been purchased on the 360 first.

    What I was trying to tell you was to try phone support in your region and see if they can refund the purchase for you because it was only gotten recently. If they are able to do this for you (no guarantees) you can then purchase it on the 360 and then get
    the upgrade to the Xbox One for free.

    If it is purchased on the Xbox One first you will not receive the upgrade offer.
