DLC won't work

I bought the new season pass for $50.00 and when I bought it it didn't show up under my games and apps. I went to the Xbox store it says you own this app. Go to my games and apps collection!!! I did that and it's still not working!!! I called Microsoft and
they give me the run around and say they will email me or call me back and they don't call and I only get an email that says pretty much we hear you but it's all good! I want to play the maps and get my rewards hardball why I bought it!

DLC won't work from ultimate edition

Long story short, Courier's stash and Gun runners Arsenal won't work because I never purchased the DLC on the 360, and I installed them from my disc from the Ultimate edition. I have reset my xbox to factory and re installed the DLC and the game many many
times. It still won't work, any suggestions?

There is a way to play the game with the DLC, you must put the disc 2 of the ultimate edition on the Xbox and launch the game as
if you have the disc 1, with you shouldn’t have any problem with the Xbox not detecting the DLC’s.

Solution 1: Clear Persistent Storage

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
6. Select Clear persistent storage.
7. Restart your Xbox One console. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 2: Clear MAC Address

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings.
6. Select Advanced settings.
7. Select Alternate MAC address.
8. Select Clear.
9. Select Restart. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One
