DLC won't move from "Ready to Install"

Discus and support DLC won't move from "Ready to Install" in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Just what the title says + it is marked as installed in game and in the store.     DLC won't move from "Ready to Install"


    Just what the title says + it is marked as installed in game and in the store.

    To be more specific, it is the Classic Fatalities 2 for Mortal Kombat X. Any solution for this? Tried chatting with a guy at customer support, but like usual they were just as stiff as a users manual and basically had no idea what it was. Tried closing the
    chat with "if it works don't worry about it". To me, that is no solution.

    No Reward for Buying Divinity: Original Sin 2 While in Game Preview

    The DLC is not present in "Ready to install" for the game. If I go to the game in the Microsoft Store the DLC is there for $2.99.

    "Ready to Install" issue

    Hey, Freshj15! We had seen a few issues of these yesterday. If you hold your power button on your console for 10 seconds and then check your ready to install list again, do your games show up in your My Games & Apps after that? Let us know! DLC won't move from "Ready to Install" :)

    Update: Uninstalled the game again, then went into the DLC at the store, and it still says "installed"

    Sorry to hear it. If the DLC won't install from the Ready to Install list then you may need to try deleting then redownloading the game to see if that helps. Don't worry though, your saves are safe on the Cloud and is just a matter of resyncing when
    your ready.

    DLC won't show in your Ready to Install list. Try finding BO3 in your games list, press the menu button and then go to Manage Game. It should show you any DLC you've purchased for the game there and you should be able to reinstall from there.

    Hi, the game & all it's dlc is backward compatible. I know, as I have played it on the Xbox One, make sure your dlc is installed on the xbox one by moving to the game, press menu button on controller, and select manage game & add-ons, then select the ready
    to install, and from there you can install any add ons that are not installed. Once you have done that, start the game, and the dlc should be listed in the add-ons section for you to play.

    If you already own the DLC from when you first played the game on Xbox 360, all your DLC should be ready and waiting for you ... but if you didn't pick up the add-on the first time around, you won't be able to buy it via the Xbox Store on your Xbox One.

    If you do have DLC and are not sure where to find it to download, head to ‘Ready to Install’ for each game and click on ‘Manage Game’ to access any pre-bought add-ons

    But you can get on xbox.com and it should appear you go to manage and install from there
