    DLC won't install


    I've been trying to install the masamune DLC but each time I try it says," Something went wrong" and it gives the error 0x8000ffff. When I searched this is said it had something to do with Xbox party chat. Please help.

    Games Won't Download or Start

    So I recently just fixed the problem with my external hard drive not working and all my games being uninstalled. In addition all my internal DLC was uninstalled. However, i fixed the problem somehow but my Halo 5 won't install, an add-on for BF4 won't install,
    Dying Light: The Following won't install, and my Star Wars Battlefront won't play either. Does anyone know why this is happening? PLEASE HELP!!

    The DLC don't install

    I just tried and doesn't work either the game just won't install the dlc and don't know why.

    Sniper elite 5 New DLC will not install - Xbox one S

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Kindly remove the disc, and then perform a powercycle on your console before inserting the disc again to install the DLC.

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​"

    "Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon. "

    Make sure that the DLC is installed from there.

    I'm having the exact same problem. It's with the Hurk's Redemption DLC from the limited edition. The game installed okay along with the 600MB+ update, but the 8.8MB DLC won't install.
