    DLC wont download but took my money


    I bought the new DLC for Call Of Duty advanced warfare on xbox 360 and it downloaded but i tried to use it but it said i had not purchased it , then I went back to the DLC page and it said I didnt buy it , so I tried to look at my microsoft account and it
    Took My money but i did not get the DLC.

    Bought border lands dlc, but an error code came up and still took my money

    Topic states my problem! its not in my download history but it took my money and the dlc pack i bought is nowhere to be found

    Can you try heading to Settings>Accounts>Download History to see if it is listed there? If it is not then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance with getting and downloading the item. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    Wait a few minutes to a few hours while the system updates to reflect your purchase. In a little bit it will show up as purchased and you can download it again.
