DLC will not install, queued DLC stays at 0%

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

samthings happening to me with AC4 DLC. Its forever queued. I select resume installation and it resumes for a split second before going back to queued. After a while it even says installation stopped. When I resume that, goes back to queued. Help meh.

Same here trying to re-install DLC I already own. I'm connected and signed in with the correct profile. Downloads act like they're going to go, sit either queued or at 0% and eventually error out giving this code. I hope they fix it soon. I read in another
forum posting someone trying to install apps was having the same problem. Seems like an overall download problem.

I figured out the problem - if you have DLC for a game, it won't show up as queued up. I had two items for Dead Rising 3 that I redeemed the codes for on Xbox.com. There's no way to look at the Xbox One queue there. Nothing shows in the Games & Apps that's
it's downloading, since it's part of a game - not a download by itself.. However, when I put in my Dead Rising 3 disc, before the game started it switched to a screen that asked me to install the DLC. Very strange that you can download it, but it's not "installed"
until you specifically say to install it. It also looked like until I choose to install the first item and it completed, then it downloaded the second part. So queuing up a bunch of DLC for one product and leaving your Xbox off? It's not going to download
until you install each part. That's really going to suck if a title comes up with DLC like Rock Band or something with a lot of items.

I lost what the error code was, but I believe that it started with 0802, and the DLC now says that it is queued, though I have nothing else downloading right now. The DLC is Banned Footage Vol.1 for Resident Evil Biohazard.
